Do you ever walk into a room and forget why you went in there? You stand in the doorway, wracking your brain, trying to remember what it was you were after.

Or you wake up in the morning, knowing you need to get something done, but you can’t recall what it was that’s so urgent.

That nagging feeling in the back of our minds in these situations is what this work is about. Your subconscious beating you up for not keeping track of everything. And just when you can feel you’re about to remember it, your brain skips again and you lose it again, and your brain needles you again.
